Athletic Club summons its “team of chefs”, formed by a cast of the best chefs in Biscay.

Daniel Garcia, Eneko Atxa, Fernando Canales ,Jabier Gartzia, Josean Alija, José Miguel Olazabalaga and Zuriñe García form the team of chefs that aims to turn San Mamés also into the gastronomic cathedral.

Athletic Club aims to turn San Mamés in the place that brings together and recognize chefs, organizations, institutions, schools and producers who have succeeded in making cuisine in Biscay a world leader.

A reflection and ambassador of a territory, our food turns San Mames Vip Zone into a centre of culinary excellence, which will bring together, on one hand, the desire to turn San Mamés into a meeting point and, on the other hand, the common interest to strengthen gastronomy as a motor for the tourism sector of the territory, and finally, the desire to bring the agents that prepare the best cuisine in Biscay, to enhance their competitiveness and exposure.
